Everyone knows KCR’s unique qualities. People have that feeling that he is the leader of the masses and KCR believes that he is the CM of the masses. His behavior in such a manner that he is the CM for 3.5 crores people and no one needs any advice to him. With no other leader is of equal stature to KCR, he behaves in a similar manner with utmost confidence.
