Tollywood insults Jagan hails KCR
Strange are the ways of Tollywood celebrities. They take some for granted and run after others scared to the core. Tollywood celebrities who are in two months’ lockdown held a meeting at Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s house and decided to request Telangana Government and CM KCR to give permissions for film shootings and post-production activities. Rajamouli also promised to conduct a test shoot of his prestigious RRR project to prove the shootings can happen with minimum members.
Even Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav rushed to Chiranjeevi’s house and after the meeting assured them that CM KCR would take a favorable decision. Reports are coming that shooting would be permitted from June. However some say shootings may happen only in August.
But what is surprising all is, Tollywood celebrities who ran to KCR and even showed praises for responding favorably, did not even bother to think about Andhra Pradesh and CM Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Jagan has been responding favorably to film industry when it comes to giving permissions to benefit shows etc but sources say film celebrities are taking Jagan for granted as many of them are Chandra Babu Naidu’s sympathizers. This is making AP ministers angry and is requesting Jagan to send strong signals. They say when AP has more number of theatres and Andhra and Ceded contribute to the records of the Tollywood stars and filmmakers, they cannot continue ignoring and insulting Jagan.
