Tollywood is witnessing an increase in period entertainers. In the midst of all this, many are of the opinion that NTR is one step ahead of Prabhas and Pawan Kalyan regarding period entertainers.
It is known that Pawan Kalyan is starring in the direction of Krish and the film has a period backdrop. The film revolves around Moghul rule, the British era, and the stealing of Kohinoor.
Similarly, Prabhas is starring in a 1920s period romantic entertainer with Italian backdrop under the direction of Radhakrishna Kumar. Rajamouli is coming with a period entertainer with fiction backdrop RRR multi starrer with Ram Charan and NTR.
Now sources say NTR is starring in a high octane period entertainer under the direction of Prashant Neel of KGF fame. Prashant Neel is on a high with KGF sensation and compared to Krish whose NTR biopic with Balakrishna bombed and Radhakrishna Kumar, relatively new, Prashant Neel has more chances to succeed.
Apart from it, Pawan Kalyan, Prabhas tasted flops in the form of Agnyaathavaasi, Katamarayudu while Prabhas had Saaho shock. Ram Charan also had Vinaya Vidheya Rama flop. Under these circumstances, analysts feel NTR is well ahead of Prabhas and Pawan.
