Pawan Kalyan scored many hits at the box office and some of his entertainers drove his fans crazy. One such film is Badri directed by Puri Jagannath. The film turns out to be special for Pawan because he romanced Hot beauties Renu Desai and Amisha Patel and in the process fell in love with Renu Desai and later entered into wedlock with her.
Puri revealed Pawan gave him a powerful climax test. He said Pawan listened to Badri story starting from 4AM early morning after giving an appointment only for 30 minutes. Puri said the narration continued for more than four hours. Puri said however Pawan asked to change the climax.
Puri said he met Pawan after a week and when Pawan asked whether he worked on the climax, he told him though he readied another climax,he didnot like it. Pawan then told Puri ‘ I wanted to test whether you will change the climax for me or not. Actually the original climax is good’
Puri also told that first he selected Renu Desai for the role of Sarayu and Amisha Patel for the role of Vennela but in the sets, Pawan asked him to interchange the roles as he felt that Renu with her extrovert attitude will be apt as Vennela.
