Ever since Ram Gopal Varma announced his film Power Star, it resulted in huge controversy.RGV claimed that the film’s storyline is fictitious but there are no takers for him as all the characters resembeled Power Star Pawan Kalyan ,mega family members, and also his close aides.
RGV’s daring statements targeting Pawan Kalyan and his fans angered fans so much that they even attacked his office in Hyderabad. This helped RGV to get all the mileage. RGV’s Power Star despite all its negative reviews is getting a good response with RGV minting money with his new strategy.
In the midst of all this RGV got a huge shock from GHMC. As a part of the film promotions, RGV erected the poster of Power Star film at the prime location. However, GHMC received a complaint that RGV used government property to promote the film.
Officials of EVDM department after examining the complaint went to RGV and handed him a challan of Rs 4000 on July 22nd for breaking the rules.
