Megastar Chiranjeevi after his return to the silver screen started working for the benefit of all in the industry. There is no denying the fact that he as the Union Tourism Minister ensured the filmmakers would get concessions when they shoot in foreign locations.
During the outbreak of coronavirus, the lives of the film workers got affected severely. Chiranjeevi during that time has taken the initiative and came with the Corona Crisis Charity trust to deliver essential items to the poor and needy.
He raised donations from all quarters and the members started distributing the essential items to the workers. The makers first distributed the items directly to the workers in the first phase. But in the second phase, they decided to distribute the items through the Workers Union.
Many came to collect the essential items at Indiranagar, Jubilee hills. But they got a shock when the organizers told them that only select few would get the items. Angry members of the Telugu Cine TV Production Assistants Union, Telugu Lightmen Union, Telugu Cine Studio Workers Union protested in front of the union leaders.
Union Leaders who got a shock promised them to solve the problem in consultation with Megastar Chiranjeevi. Now all eyes are on Chiranjeevi and how he would resolve the issue.
