Don’t be surprised how come Rahul Gandhi appreciated Prime Minister Modi. It was a satirical comment on PM Modi. He was referring to the current state of the economy in India and compared it with earlier times.
During UPA time the GDP was 7.5 and the inflation was 3.5. This year it seems the GDP growth rate is 3.5 and inflation is 7.5, which is exactly the opposite of what it was during UPA times.
It a negative growth for any economy with higher inflation rate than GDP growth. Rahul Gandhi was making his point in a satirical way.
Modi & his dream team of economic advisors have literally turned the economy around.
Earlier:
GDP: 7.5%
Inflation: 3.5%Now:
GDP: 3.5%
Inflation: 7.5%The PM & FM have absolutely no idea what to do next. #Budget2020
