Pawan Kalyan entered politics promising to bring sea change in the political system. This appealed to all the youngsters and people who got vexed with the current politics and the political leaders.
Pawan Kalyan’s powerful speech and the name of the party Jana Sena reverberated across two Telugu states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. In 2014 elections even PM Modi and TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu took notice of Pawan Kalyan’s following and forged an alliance with him.
Pawan instead of contesting the elections, however just campaigned for the alliance parties. Many felt that he lost a golden chance to have the first taste of power and get experience of how politics are played and the way parties behaved.
From then on Pawan failed to make use of the golden opportunities that came his way. His failure to react to the various burning issues and political developments proved to be his deathknell. People punished him mercilessly in the last elections and many hoped atleast he will learn his lesson.
But it seems Pawan is failing to learn his lessons and he is continuing in the same trend reacting late or not reacting at all. Pawan meek attitude and in actions are hurting his and his party dearly.
Analysts feel Pawan should undergo remarkable transformation and adopt a completely aggressive approach to take on the experienced and seasoned politicians like Jagan and Chandra Babu.
