India for swift military action against China

The shocking developments at the Indo-China border which resulted in the martyrdom of 20 soldiers left India seething with anger. People across the country are demanding tough action against China. Already people from all states started calling for a ban on Chinese products.

All eyes are on PM Modi and what action he will take against China. Analysts are of the opinion that Modi will give a tough message and they point out that whenever he promised tough action, he has delivered be it during Uri and Pulwama attacks with surgical strikes and Balakot airstrikes. People are demanding Modi of similar action against China.

PM Modi called for an all-party meet today at 5 PM. In the meantime, according to sources, Military establishment is in favor of swift military action against China. They say this will send a message to China as PLA has been making it a yearly affair to enter into Indian territories and creating controversies.

The military establishment is advocating of securing the heights with a calibrated conflict just like the one that happened during Kargil with Pakistan. They are calling for forcibly evicting Chinese soldiers from India’s territory along with the use of economic and political diplomacy. It has to be seen what action PM Modi and his team of experts including NSA Ajit Dowal, CDS Bipin Rawat and others plan.
